Raiden makes a bit of sense, since his MK1 ending hints at him being a careless god.

maybe it is a big plot by the Dragon King and He didnt develop a unbeatable army without covering all of the bases while he was king.

I wont be suprised that the Dragon King had a backup plan if he was killed unexpectly.

hmm are you sure that it was Mileena in the clip(btw I have not seen it yet, damn computer...) it could be Kitana the traitor...

In the trailer, is the Dragon King that guy in red with a sword? Because as the announcer kept talking about DK and his thirst tpo conquer all realms, the video kept cutting to images of that guy I described.

I think it's pretty odd that Mileena and Baraka were fighting considering they are meant to be a "couple", heh.

Maybe it has something to do with them.
On the other hand of course, they could just be wowing us with two popular fighters in great action.

I still think that Shang Tsung turned on Quan Chi and resurrected Shao Khan. Now Quan Chi is just a normal fighter who is scared sh*tless of confronting Shao. I'm just happy to know that Khan IS in the game! Some of the voices sounded like him. I couldn't really see the helmet everyone was talking about. My computer won't let me d/l the vid. I can only watch the stream. And on a 56k modem... that stream is pure shite!

Not only because they were supposed to be a couple but im suprised boon or whoever picked those 2 to be the main 2 ppl. I mean well i love Mileena shes the best female ninja yet and barakas alrite, but neither of them were really main chars in any of the other storys for the games.

and just so i fit in, i think it would be cool that Raiden would be a traitor but i doubt it

maybe itll be like someone noone really expects like Lei Mei or Bo Rai Cho (though i hope they arnt in the game) or maybe kitana will become corrupted somehow (also i think thats unlikely)

OK i dont know how many diffrent trailers there are out there. The one i saw had a narrator saying that "baraka" something about him obsessed on conquering all the realms. And i think BARAKA "deceives" mileena the one thing he loved, in order to rule the world. She was probably standing in his way so he thought about eliminating her. I think mileena is gonna be one of the good guys!!

can anyone tell who scorp kix into those gears for the stage fatality (it's not jax)

...hear I go;

Mileena finds out that Baraka was killed by Quan Chi, so she brings him back from the dead (some how...some way) and they go and I think that they'll either join the good guys (and turn on them) or join the bad guys (and turn on them after all the good guys are dead).

And then probably...Baraka will kill Mileena to be soul ruler (and probably vice-versa for Mileena's ending)

Evil betraying an ally... I don't know, that sounds Baraka and Mileena to me. Let's not forget that Baraka & Mileena get ten times the amount of screentime. Doesn't that strike anybody as a bit peculiar?

tht is peculiar especially since i thought the Dragon King is supposed to be the main bad guy? so i think baraka would be a traitor and use both the good guys and the bad guys (cuz it seems DK will be his own bad team) to get to the DK

[Havent seen the trailer yet]damn computer...i hope the traitor is raiden,that would be such a shock,although i have a feeling its very unlikely. I saw a picture of some one in white with raiden type hat on.They appeared to be female.So this could maybe be the person who is replacing raiden if he has changed sides? Who knows...umm...by the way can some1 exaplin the whole traitor talk? was it something mentioned in the trailor or is it based on the deception name
