I think everything is great so far. Kitana changing to evil has helped her story imo.

Tanya just needs to stay evil, Ermac should be neutral and Raiden hadd better still be good. Although he must be since he escaped the Dragon King.

Kitana being evil and all makes me like her character even more. Her story was becoming kind of stale, but now that she is evil, it has a lot of potential now..let's just hope the people at mIdway don't funk it up. Evil females on MK rock. Nuff said.

The only thing I feel very dissapointed is Kitana ressurected.

I knew she was going to die, and I knew she was likely to be resurrected in Mk7 (dosnt mean I have to like the idea), but the whole idea of killing her and resurrecting her so fast and too soon is horrible.

That resurrection just sucked.

Maybe Noobs Neutrel, and Smoke( who is good) is trying to convince Noob to become good, and make his clan an ally to the Lin Keui.

Scorpion looks like he's going into an "good anti-hero" allignment which is where he was going anyway until MK4 when they messed up his story. I'm glad about that.

Tha Dragon King has made Kitana evil again which I like. Creates many possibilites. Only bad thing about it, like queve said, is the unnecessary death/resurrection.

I'm expecting Noob to be evil. He may not side with the Dragon King but he's still evil. I imagine he's done something to Smoke which Sub-Zero will probably have to deal with.
Yet another potential feud for Sub-Zero...

I'm not sure, but I have the feeling we may see the beginning of Mileena switching sides. Dragon King's keeping Kitana alive which I doubt Mileena will be happy about, Baraka may end up fighting her for some reason, and I think Tanya, who should be evil, is going to screw Mileena over for the Edenian throne.

Still hoping Sareena makes it in and hoping she's good or at least nuetral.

I think that Smoke has gone to the dark side with Noob. That doesn't necissarily mean that he's evil, but he isn't Sub-Zero's ally anymore, which I think is a good direction to go in. Noob is also nuatral, he has no where to go so he's caught in the middle.

Kitana being evil is pretty cool, it definetly gives this game a more MK II feel, which is very cool. But like many other, why have her killed and ressurected? Why not just corupt her soul and make her evil.

Tanya is still evil, which I really don't mind, mostly 'cause I never liked her in the first place.

Scorpion is more of a Spawn type character, he's working for a higher power under mysterious conditions.

Hotaru is a fanatic but under these circumstances he's neutral since he sides with who ever can bring order.

Havik is evil.

I'm still mulling Havik over. In one way, he sure seems evil, but in another...he's an agent of Chaos, not evil. So he COULD be neutral.

seriously though .. as nice a concept as it is it just dosnt fit into the whole character of scorpion it spices up his story line somewhat but it dosnt fit with who he is .. think about it . scorpion is not a mercenary really scorpion is there to kill quan chi somewhere along the line so he can finnaly rest in peace knowing that he has avenged his clan ( dont make him avenge clan to
soon i love scorpion) . but as i was saying scorpion is on neither side and i dont think ever will be he is probably the most nuetral character in the game ! so him working for the eldar gods really dose not fit his character .

Besides the whole Noob Smoke thing in which i hate with a passion, i'm very pleased with everyones alignment in MKD. Baraka is evil and Scorpion now has something fresher to his story. It looks like theres gonna be a fued between him and Shujinko. I must agree with some others though when they say Scorpion should still be his normal usual anti-hero type that just does bussiness by himself.

I'm hoping Ermac is Neutral. It would be stupid IMO if Ermac was good. Hes made up of thousands of souls, perhaps all the souls could be fighting over control of his body, thus causing his alignment to change from time to time. This would be great IMO and would bring alot of twists and turns in his story. With something like this i'm seeing pure DECEPTION! But besides that i would still want him to be Neutral because he just fits it. He seems like the quiet type that would rather go his own ways.

I'm still curious as to what will happen with Noob Saibot and Smoke. I'm hoping no one is anybody's bitch! I can see Noob Saibot still being evil, perhaps he's gonna form his own clan. The bio Konqrr had for him was awesome IMO.

As for Smoke, i'm hoping hes either Good, Neutral, or Unknown........meaning nobody knows exactly what side hes on or what hes doing. I would like him to aid SubZero though from Baraka and the Tekunin.

if there is one thing i want in this game and from a character it is that baraka dose not die ! if dose i will be so pissed off he is my faveorite character and so i would be ok if smoke attacked him to help subby but he could beat baraka around a bit then baraka could stun him and make a getaway before he is killed .
please midway dont kill baraka off !

I agree, Baraka is WAY to awesome to be killed off. Hes one of the most evil and sinister villians ever with an awesome design. Killing him would be a mistake. Hes got a massive fanbase, which means killing him off would dissapoint tons and tons of fans. But my word hes gonna be alright. His story will be very interesting, especially with him being against Subzero, and some sort of "Deception?" with Mileena.

P.S. - I thought about it a bit more, and i must say that i'm very pleased if Kitana becomes evil. This will give her an awesome, fresh new story, and will make alot of twists.

You are right but perhaps the elder gods struck a deal with him help them and maybe get to see his family or perhaps they will bring quan to him if he helps . I just dont know
