Name: I would name him but... I'll leave that to you guys ;)

Status: rumored to be Top advisor of the Dragon King
Alignment: Evil
Origin: This mysterious warrior is believed to have once been a top advisor of the Dragon King and his Army. It is rumored that he has achieved "immortality" and his advanced fighting skills thru means similar to Shang Tsungs. His purpose in the tournament would be tied in with reuniting with the dragon king.

Special Moves:
"Dragon's Breath"-Taught to him by the Dragon King himself, this choking fog is a result of sorcery and dazes his opponent and allows him to move in for the kill
"Dragon's Fire"-Another skill he learned from the Dragon King. This advanced sorcery allows him to channel the Dragon King's fire through his body and use it as a projectile.

Weapon: Small Axe and Shield

Appearance: He would look somewhat like shang tsung but would have the apparel of one of the Dragon King's warriors.

New charctacter: Wasp

Wasp is the last surviving memeber of Scorpion's ninja clan. He looks a lot like Scorpion but has really big butt. All his special moves are butt attacks.

Special moves:

Buttball - he bends over and shoot a ball of liquid out his butt at you

Buttspin - Like Cyrax's spin kick in MKDA, except he sticks his butt out instead of his leg

Butthrow - he grabs your head with his mighty butt cheeks and slams you to the ground

Fatality: A lot like butthrow, except he twists your head off with his butt, swallows it with his butt, then spits it out of his mouth!

I would like to see two equal but opposite characters that oppose one another. Maybe twins that are rivals!! They may be entirely neutral to the MK sides. However, deadly to the other brother. Only goal is to eliminate the other twin to be "the one". A Yen and Yang type character(s). Sounds interesting!!

I want to expand on this idea a little more. Perhaps they both seek to gain the other brother's powers through elimination of the other. Will it ever happen? Highly unlikely. Why? Yen and Yang flow in a continues circle, equal to the the other force in every way just opposite. Neither is stronger than the other. These guys could have the powers of the energy that flows in everything in nature or something along those lines.
