press start when you select them

i put my profile in and then go to the select screen and push start on the player i want and that i have an alt. for. But it still gives me there first costume, it doesn't show me the second costume at all. What am i doing wrong?

someone please help. also do i have to unlock anything besides the costumes before i can use them or do i have to have them all before using them?

u don't have to have them all. i still need subzero's costume and i can use alternates. in most of them the original costumes are better anyway. not missing much dude.
i don;t know what u;re doing wrong. did u buy them from the krypt? R1 and they take u to the grave that u have the key for. after that go into practice, versus or orcade mode and press start instead of X on the character u have the costume for. don;t hold start tho, just tap it and let it go.

it still won't work. I went and got ermac's from the krypt, then just to make sure i had it i went to the characters section to see it and it was there. After seeing it there i tryed pushing start(just taping start) and it just selected him for me, without the other costume. Anything else that i'm leaving out?

Have you gone to the Krypt and unlocked the costume? Just getting the costume from konquest doesn't give you the costume, you have to go to the krypt and open the costume's coffin.

And you're sure you got the COSTUME, not the BIO? I got confused at first, too, so...
And you're using a PS2, and your profile is logged in A) when you get the Costume and B) when you select the characters?

what are some of the koffins with costumes in them? maybe i am getting confused like u were
