I mean why do they get extra just coz they dont have online... HEAPS of people dont have online and they have ps2 and xbox.. like me. PAL also had to wait a month for mkd...

hopefully Jax, sonya, Cage and Kung Lao will be playable. A long with Monster and Liu's ghost.

Hopefully not as an Xbox owner without Xbox live i am starting to feel very venemous towards the Gamecube community.

Not yet but I'm sure it will be released in the PAL format about a month or two after the NTSC version comes out.
As an XBOX owner, I will be pissed off if the Gamecube version of the game has extra characters, arenas and any other game modes because it won't have online play as I don't have XBOX Live and I probably won't be getting it.

exclusive infor; the gamecube version of mkd will...and i have to stress this is not confirmed and my friend was not sure where he heard it...but word on the street is the gamecube version....will use the gamecube controller to play mkd.

hahahah...that is funny...why are xbox owners so upset about if the cube gets more options...didnt xbox get a special edition?? with more features then teh ps2?? and so what if you dont own online for the xbox but apparently alot do have online for it...

in the UK there were no special editions for Xbox or Ps2

Personally I will be happy for Gamecube if they get extra characters, Arenas etc I think that because they don't have the option for online play AT ALL, they are missing one vital gameplay mode, they need to be compensated. Those who don't have online play available on Xbox and Playstation2 version, at least they have it available to them, they can just go buy a cable and connect it through to the modem and wallah they have it. So yeah, I hope they do get added content and I hope its a lot, not just measly puzzle characters. Who wants them anyway...

Not everyone has broadband or the money to pay for it everything month. Plus XBOX live isnt free. I have broadband.. but I have to buy the online kit and thats $100 and I will only be using it for MKD if I get it. MKD was $100 to buy (stupid australia price) so that would be $200 on MKD. There are alot of people out there who cant get online.. it aint fair.

Well the PS2 and Xbox owners that don't play online shouldn't complain about GC then they should complain about their system. Complain to Sony and Microsoft for adding online capability thus losing features on an MK game. I hope GC gets a lot of extra characters and features too because it will bring up the MK hype again. When the GBA got Sektor, Noob, and Sareena it was pretty interesting to hear their story and ending at the least. So if the Cube gets MKD with exclusive characters and features, it'll be nice to hear of the new things added. There will be a lot of new things to talk about. Feb. 15th is the tentive release date.
