I can't remember where I foundit and it says it opens an old lady's hut. Anyone know.

That key is found from punching the old lady at the very start of Konquest. Her house is right down the street and contains a bunch of coins. If you already left the village you won't be able to go back for it. Good thing its only koins. wink
