When I sat down to play MK:DA for the first time, the one thing that really urked me was how the Eastern-influenced characters who are spoken of as having honor or great martial-arts skills have poses that don't exactly show that persona? Like when they win, it should be very fluid and graceful if they are of that eastern influence. Some sort of kata-style stance. Seeing a great warrior jumping up and down and waving his arms after winning doesn't really make me feel like I'm in control of a fighter. Well, I'm making this too long. But my point is that the winning and pre-fight poses should fit each characters persona and background.

Li Mei- graceful poses
Scorpion- kick the screen pose was kewl, but how about a couple others like it

And PLEASE don't reuse poses this time MIDWAY!!!
