probaly no sub bosses..... but jus imagine goro vs doomsday!
i would love to see g man in the game, but probaly wont make it....
anyone think we could see him? if not him im praying for
baraka n kung lao......

i agree mate goro wouldbe a good addition, but most people on here will disagree, goro is an icon, he was frightening in MK1

Considering that none of the roster so far are characters that debuted in MK3, Sektor's chances of being in are slim at best.

I think if Johnny Cage get announced, Goro will be in as a sub-boss. Cuz if Cage is in, they want ALL the MK1 characters in. And I think there WILL be sub-bosses. That's the MK way.

I'd love Goro in but I think theres very little chance right now. And i think if they were going to make it possible to have 4 armed characters in a new MK theyd have more than one 4 armed character.

johnny cage is the only playable character from mk1 to not have been announced. my bet is it's him. at least it won't be reptile or noob.

According to the interview with Ed Boon, they are selecting the "Greatest Hits" characters from mortal kombat for this game. Mainly only characters from MK 1&2. My theory is that they will pick the final bosses the same way. I think there will be 2 final bosses, one for each type of story line, one from MK and one from DC. One can only hope that Goro is the final boss for the MK side, Seeing as how is one of the most iconic characters from the series.....

I dont think glasses will make it, seeing how they want to make this game dark. Plus if he were to be in it they would probably make his counterpart be Robin or some dumb shit like that. ANYWAYS, not putting Goro would be a HUGE mistake. It would piss a lot of people off

It's possible that Goro will appear in some form or another, probably a cameo during a scene in storyline mode. I mean, he was big Mr. Nasty in MK1 and non-MK fans remember "that guy with 4 arms."

Though I highly doubt he'll be a playable character. The roster is shaping up to have just humanoid players only.

i wouldn't be completely surprised if he made it in, but I'm not expecting it either. Saying that he is probably the most iconic Mortal Kombat character apart from Sub Zero and Scorpion... Everyone remembers Goro.

I'm not sure how many spaces are left in the roster to be announced, but I think there's no chance of any kombatants from MK3+ showing up... Therefore that leaves us with (excluding Shao Kahn, Kintaro and Goro) Johnny Cage, Baraka, Mileena and Kung Lao to finish the line up of MK fighters. I can see any of them making the final cut, as they are all pretty relevant to the franchise.

No, Goro is a horrible character to add in the roaster. If they were to somehow add him into the game, then make him into this NPC that will appear in the Adventure Mode of the game. But as a playable character? That's going to make the game be crappy.

Goro is on my wish list as a playable character. If he doesn't make the first cut, I'd at least hope he'll be available as a downloadable character. His icon status is unquestionable, after all.

On a side note, I actually like Kintaro much more than Goro, simply because he was one of the hardest bosses / sub-bosses (he was for me, at least) smile

i love goro but with only 4 left i dont tihkn he will make the cut and for the first mk games to next gen they probbly want to work out the kinks first but mabye he will be a charcter for download????confused
