Up until now i have only 2 for most characters, but I saw Scorpions 3rd costume which by far looks awesome! IF you can tell me Ill appreciate it.furiousfurious
I THINK there are cause Raiden has his DA costume and Liu Kang when you train with him he is a spirit and he looks awesome.

yeah i seen raiden and liu's. but what does skorp's look like. probly that guy "monster" u fight in the nexus rite ?

its starting to appear more and more like there is another section to the krypt, which would have secret chars, secret costumes, more stages to fight at, etc..wow

Well as far as Liu Kang's ghost and Monster (Scorpion's 3rd alt) is concerned, they are super unlockables and not 3rd costumes. I can't say for sure about Raiden though.
