I think you are talking about the slaughterhouse maybe? Some levels have multi leved areas. If yuou uppercut your opponent high enough on the level that has a skull with blood flowing out of it, they should fall down to the next level. There is a group of spinning spike pillars there. Another version of this you may be asking about is the Lower Mines. You'll see a big mouth here that can eat opponents. If you knock the opponent on the opposite side they'll fall down a level. On one side is another spinning spike pillar. Is it one of these? If not, could you explain what it looked like to you?

Hmm, its probably the slaughter house. I havent seen the other floor of that place. It's not the mines, though. Thanks for responding
