They brought in so many horrible characters during those years that it's easy to forget. But I think that the ones I blank on until they're mentioned are Hotaru and Dairou.

Shujinko could be cool if they put in the effort to make him more of an individual and less of a copycat. But to be honest, I do kinda like using the Ice Blast and then the Spear

Playing Armageddon i got my first play of the characters of MK4 the only game era i missed.
I liked Kai alot, i diddnt know asharas light from above was stole from him, and probably the idea for scorpions hellfire.
Jarek IS forgettable, although his Lasson move is cool.

Fujin might easily be forgot but i really like him.

Out of everyone it had definitely been Shujinko.
