I am pretty sure this is legal here, i dont see why it isnt because ti is not a site. Aol, has a pretty nice section fo pics and vids. I saw it on the big news on the welcome screen and clicked it, and to my surpise there was about 7 videos, and 30 scans for the X-box version. Ther is a picture of ken, and he is using his weapon, its a ball wih spikes(awesonme looking). So for those with AOL i say check it out, it really impressed me. If this si not allowed, then i give my apologies, they are nto scans, and it isnt a site, I personally didnt see anythign wrong with it, but if there is then I apologize.
