I think he was made by Eurocom, the company that put MK4 on home systems. Midway has no rights to Belok, so don't expect him to be in Deception. Sorry.

Actually, both pics are real. Belokk (that's the proper spelling of his name) was created by Eurocom for MK Gold. He had Goro's exact moves. Midway took him out and don't own the right to him. So no, he won't be coming back. Pity.

What if Belokk was bought by Midway later on. They do have pictures of him in the Krypt. So it's possible that he's now property of MK.
