Id say the best MKD look is Jade or Havik.
Overall I have to say my girl Kitana has the best look.

I think Tanya and Li Mei look the best.They have improved SO much.Overall would have to be Havik.

Hotaru looks the best alongside with Sub-Zero (I won't count Scorpion, becouse his costume didn't changed that much). Well, actually I'm a sucker for armored knights.
Hotaru is one of the most powerfulest characters. Sure short combos and juggling, but still a shan fan and naginata can destroy almost anyone.

ashrah i think is the best, i dont care what anyone says about "oh, she looks like a old man" pfah, i dont see it, to me they modeled ashrah to look absolutely gorgeous (not hott, gorgeous, different settings but the same level), plus she's absolutely powerful.

I agree with both of you. Ashrah looks amazing in both her outfits. I find myself using both equally.

Jade has the best look by far
The best overall character for me is a cross between, Jade, Mileena and Kabal
