yes but you gotta admit that they could do it better, and give it to a different character, I would prefer having dairou with that fatality instead of that stupid break spine in half and have kenshi with the following hara kiri: kenshi takes out his sword, knees himself, throws his sword straight forward then tele pulls it into his head, man that would rock sooooooooooo much
and scorpion's lame too imo, they had sooooooo much possibilities with old scorp, he could shoot the spear to his head, then grab the rope with both hands then he would pull the head off with the spear attached, omg that would be amazing imo...

Best: Liu Kang's body steal. It can be disturbing, though, when he does it on a female, especially when in his human form.
Worst: Bo' Rai Cho's fartality
Most Painful: Definitely Dairou's eye poke fatality. Besides the groin, the eyes are the weakest spot of the body. You wouldn't die either in real life from having two ribs ripped out and embedded into your eyes, so you'd be feeling tremendous pain.

Best: Ashrah's, I didn't really find any of the others interesting, only Ashrah's was good.
Worst: Bo' Rai Cho's, I don't get it. How does he make himself big? Looks to me like he just takes a deep breath which causes him to inflate until he explodes, the deep breath of death, it makes no sense.

Kobras two kickas are meant for loosing the skull from the spinal chord. Not letting it part from it, just set it a little loose. The kick then has more power and rips the cranium from the chord.

Best fatality: Nightwolf's tamahawk sailing through the air and smashing right into the victim's face
Runner up: Baraka's fatality where he holds up the corpse with his blades
Most painful fatality: on the receiving end of Ashrah's voodoo doll fatality where you get to lose your limbs first
Best Hara Kiri: Ermacs - finally something we can all agree on
Runner up: Mileena's stabbing herself in the head with both of her swords
