Best: Liu Kang's Possession (forcing someone to rip their own head off is simply brutal, plus with the added comical effect of Kang's head in place of their own.)
Worst: Scorpion's Head Rip (very unoriginal, and not very well executed, either)
Most Painful: Havik's Arm Eater (imagine feeling your arms being chomped off in 10 seconds flat. *shudders*)

Best: Ermac's Head Banger (brutal, painful, deadly)
Worst: Bo' Rai Cho's Exploding Fart (ENOUGH with the fart gags for this guy, already!), or Kenshi's Samurai's Honor Death (accurate, but would've been a LOT cooler to have him slice his own head off, after his guts spilled out when he sliced open his stomach)
Most Painful: Ermac's Head Banger (no Advil will take care of THAT migrane!)

I don't get the idea of you people...
Wy is Scorpions hara kiri boring? He's a (former) ninja for gods sake and they had a tradition of neck snapping suicide shuold they become unable to poison themselves. The Iga province ninjas were quite fond of this.
Scorpions spear this and that, for me, neck snatching is the best and most original. To hell with his stinger-on-a-rope, thats only a soulles weapon.
