- Li Mei was put into a mummified soldier but was freed by Bo Rai Cho. Still, its spirit tries to take her over.
- Scorpion is thrown into the Soulnado but finds a way into the void where he meets the Elder Gods
- Reptile finds himself locked away in the Dark Prison and is slowly recovering his strength to exact vengeance on Nitara

I'm confused - aren't there gonna be character bios on the standard edition too? I hear they can be unlocked in the Krypt. I thought that the Special Edition would have the "extra" bios like Sonya, Jax, Kitana, etc..
Guess which one I'm getting. I preordered it before finding out about the Special Edition
