One of the things that bother me was his Drunken Fist style, it made him too slow.

People forget that mk was once a serious fighting game.Ok i know friendships and babalities wherent serious but they where entertaining and some where funny.Bo farting and puking isnt funny its childish i hate seeing mk going down this road.Nothing can beat the mk classic and the times in the arcade you know the saying nothing good last forever.MKD is still going to be a awesome game but bo ruins the dark element yet again.

I'll be the first to admit, maybe they over did the farting. I could see how some serious gamers my take offence to that (I personally always got a kick outta it!). In the end who cares if Bo lightens the mood a bit? He certainly doesn't have THAT much effect on it, I mean come on, he lights people on fire and squishes them... thats pretty dark and sick stuff to me! In the story line Bo certainly does not lightin the mood, he seems like a gruff down to earth trainer (it’s only his fighting style that’s funny, and as I explained there’s a whole lotta sense behind it.), now if he was a goofy jar jar binks like character, then I might agree with you, but in the end he certainly doesn't hurt MK in any way.

So basically, it's okay as long as YOU find it funny? Well unfortunately, there are a lot more MK players than just you. Bo Rai Cho is a lot more than just a farting and puking fighter. He is the Yoda of the MK series. Seemingly silly and can easily be underestimated, but once you go toe to toe, he whoops your ass. I'd rather have one silly character than every character getting a lame friendship or pointless babality. So even if you find some of the friendships entertaining, every character had one, which killed MK's "darkness" much more than just one guy. The series lost its edge with MK3, they tried to salvage it with MK4 but it was just bad timing. Deadly Alliance brought MK back from the depths of hell with a darker storyline, and Deception is quickly becoming the darkest MK yet. One character isn't gonna change that.

i like bo rai cho, but i would like him better if they took out the farting and maid him a little skinnier. He's got really cool fighting styles, except for the staff i hate that weapon. and lol
