alright i did some research about the whole DC universe cause all i know is Batman and Marvel haha! so i've listed some of the more popular characters and their powers and abilities - curtesy of Wikipedia. I left some heros blank cause i could not find any info about their powers/abilities so feel free to add to this breakdown :)

Another thing...Ed Boon stated in the interview at gamespot that the creators tried to find parallels between the MK fighters and the DC characters. After doing my research, I noticed some parallels that could fit within MKVSDC. for example: NIghtwolf and Green Arrow could be considered parallels since they are both great archers...and both use green arrows ha! post some other parallels if u notice any!

SUPERMAN

THE JOKER
The Joker commits crimes with countless "comedic" weapons (such as razor-sharp playing cards, acid-spewing flowers, cyanide pies, and lethally electric joy buzzers) and Joker venom, a deadly poison that infects his victims with a ghoulish rictus grin as they die while laughing uncontrollably. MARTIAN MANHUNTER
"Martian vision" (a term designating both the ability to see through solid objects and the ability to generate optic heat beams). Aside from his superhuman abilities, he is also a cunning and logical detective. As Batman mentions in his file, that "in many ways, Martian Manhunter is like an amalgam of Superman" and the Dark Knight himself

RED TORNADO
Red Tornado is capable of creating tornado-like vortices, channeled these forces through his arms and legs to produce bursts of cyclone-force winds and high speed forward velocity powerful enough to affect Superman-level beings. On occasion, Red Tornado used his high-velocity movement to render himself invisible to unaided human vision and travel at speeds on par with Superman, Power Girl and Green Lantern.[3]

BANE- Bane possesses Olympic-level strength that appears to be greater than Batman's.

Across the years, the ring has been shown capable of accomplishing anything within the imagination of the ring bearer

GREEN ARROW - Green Arrow is considered one of the best archers in the world. He claims to be able to shoot 29 arrows per minute (stated in the Sound of Violence story arc)[clarify] He has a wide-variety of trick arrows, ranging from bola arrows to time-bomb arrows to his infamous boxing-glove arrow. In recent years he has used these arrows sparingly, preferring the time-tested simple arrow.

CAT WOMAN - Selina is a gifted and accomplished athlete, with heightened acrobatic prowess. She was trained by the Armless Master in martial arts and by Wildcat in boxing and street-fighting. She is a clever and resourceful fighter, known for precise, agile attacks and speedy getaways. Her formidable hand-to-hand combat skills are augmented by her cat-like speed, reflexes, balance, and flexibility. Catwoman's favored weapon is a whip.

SOLOMON GRUNDY - monstrous strength and stamina

SCARECROW - Scarecrow can instill fear in all who see him. However, recently he has displayed the ability to literally frighten to death people without relying in the chemical (only talking to people was enough), suggesting a great ability to dominate the human psyche using fear as a weapon.

AQUA MAN - dehydrate anyone he touches. shoot jets of scalding water

POISON IVY – deadly touch/kiss

ZATANNA - she usually casts spells by speaking verbal commands backwards. She has
also proven capable on many occasions of casting spells by speaking normally

HAWKMAN - Hawkman preferred to use archaic weaponry - particularly maces, nets, spears and shields

BLACK MANTA - ? rival of aquaman

DOOMSDAY - Doomsday has also developed weapons and abilities that counters the powers of an opponent. He managed to cancel out the pure-energy Radiant by slamming into him, and greatly extend his claws and develop a poison to strike Superman in flight and reel him in (Also in Superman/Doomsday: Hunter/Prey) or breathe flames against the fire-sensitive Martian Manhunter.[3] Doomsday is covered by bony spurs providing protection to his few vital organs (brain, eyes, nervous system) and acting as weapons on his hands, elbows and knees.

BIZARRO - Instead of possessing heat vision and freeze breath like Superman, the character has freeze vision and flame breath,

KILLER FROST - ability to absorb heat from external sources and transmute it into waves of cold. Using these powers Killer Frost can create an ice-sheen across her entire body, and generate objects composed completely of ice, such as projectiles (ice daggers) and defensive walls. She can also instantly freeze animate matter through physical contact

SUPERGIRL – girl superman I guess

CYBORG - Cyborg has super strength. He has lifted buildings. Gone toe to toe with Cyborg Superman and punched Mammoth through concrete. He is invulnerable and has a very high level of endurance. His body is bullet proof. Cyborgs robotic enhancements came with advanced weapon systems. Including cannons, rifles and laser guns.

BLACK ADAM - Black Adam has a phenomenal level of super strength, able to easily bend steel, punch through walls and lift massive objects. Adam's strength is generally depicted of being at the same level as Superman and Captain Marvel. Adam can use a lightning bolt as a weapon by dodging it and allowing it to strike an opponent or target

CAPTAIN MARVEL - incredible amounts of super strength; he is able to easily bend steel, punch through walls, and lift massive objects. Marvel's strength is on the same level as Superman.

DARK SEID - His main power, the Omega Effect, is a form of energy that he fires from his eyes as either concussive force or beams of disintegration, capable of erasing most objects and organisms from existence as well as reform them. Darkseid has pinpoint control over his Omega Beams, and his unerring aim allows them to travel in straight lines, bend, twist, or curve around corners, and can pass through matter and energy
