I dont believe its mileena because the person kitana slapped didnt have sai's but it cannot be told from the comic shot... so I may be wrong but from the High Res shots from the video I watched is my opinion....

the reason why i saw this... why would mileena pair with kitana when mileena? I really think its another female ninja who is wearing pink like there is one wearing yellow... so does that mean thats tanya? just stating...
