use combos.....sub zeros the best for it.....keep freezing him, do the square, triangle, o, L1, square, triangle, L1 combo on him (i would kno.....hes my favorite) and when hes too close to u, givem the cold shoulder...,,its harder to beat him as ermac.....keep using the back, down, back + O special and while hes in the air, tap triangle three times.....keep doing that

I beat him as Ermac by just switching to axe stance and repeatedly doing his 1,3,4,4,4 combo.
