There should be one or a link to one in the confirmed character thread stickied. As for a video, he was in the Hotaru bio video, if you can find it. It's pretty rare.

Download the video titled "Shujinko Official Bio". IGN got the video names fumbled up so the "Shujinko" bio is really Hotaru's. There are scenes of Hotaru fighting Liu Kang.tongue

I think that is his alternative outfit. I remember the first video of Johnny Cage showed him in his tuxedo outfit which was his alternate aswell.
