it's sindel if you look at the right of the person you can see a hand and its in the shape sindel uses to fly also if you look at the head of it you can you can see a darker green stripe doown the middle witch i think is her streak of black hair also i agree that is her hair floating. but i don't think this is in chess kombat or anything it looks like a loading screen like in mkda scince there is a loading bar
