I think its ala MK4, you cant switch or put it down when you have it, but if you take a few good hits you drop it. I wonder if after its dropped can it be picked up again?

well at least the last part wasn't in all caps.. anyway like he said you can switch styles and loose it.. or you can get hit and loose it.. hmm but we don't know about being knocked or accendintly falling into a death trap.. hmm

i did watch the boon video, but i was stoned.. hmm, maybe there is something to it about the short term memory loss... wait this is the fatality thread right.. err, nevermind.

But thats cool that you can change styles to lose, as far as the deathtrap thing goes, i coulda swore (i actually remember this, haha) that someone got knocked into a deathtrap with a picked up weapon, then in the next match still had it when it started.

To pick up a weapon, you walk into the green box and press L2 [PS2] or White [XBox]. This causes you to pick it up. When you are done dealing out enormous whup-age with it, you can change styles and the weapon is gone until you back and pick it up again.

That's pretty cool to hear, I like the idea of weapons in the enviorment. I just can't wait to get my hands on this game and think of stradegys on defeating my opponent.
