Cancelled Characters
Did any cancelled character due to time restrictions ever come back? I mean if they already made Belokk, why didn't they feature him in any other game. And Nimbus, why didn't we him in any other MK game?
Since it's MK:D discussion, would you like to see Belokk and Nimbus in MK:D?

I think Belokk was in the Jap version of MKG.Dont worry though he had alot of Goro's moves.Nimbus was a rumor for MK1.He would be cool though.

was hornbuckle supposedly the character that ended up being blaze, or the liu kang in blue/green pants? i forgot

"Hornbuckle" (what a stupid name, ah well) was the Liu Kang in green trousers on MK2's bridge stage. The burning guy with him is the one who later became Blaze.
I'd be very interested to see Bellok make an appearance as a sub boss in an official MK game. He looked cool, and I wasn't impressed by either Moloch or Motaro.

I wouldn't expect Belokk to ever be in an MK game. The reason he was left out of MKGold was because he was created by Eurocom, and Midway didn't want to use a character they didn't create in the series.
Dairu (concept art of whom can be found in the Krypt in MKDA) is a character intended for DA that was scrapped due to time constraints, and I've heard he's in MKD.

1."Leanne Hornbuckle" was a name that popped up in the MKII SNES credits under "people we owe no thanks to".
2. Jade, from time to time, popped up and said "Hornbuckle who?" before a match. Then the rumors started.
3. People began presuming that 'Hornbuckle' was that "Green Pants Liu Kang' fighting Blaze in the background.
