Cant find Kenshi’s alt costume

I have the PS2 MK:D and I have looked everywhere at A-6 for Kenshi’s alt costume but can't find it furious I've looked at 12:00pm and 4:00pm and it's not showing up anywhere sad

it's right in front of the earthrealm village gate, you can't miss it...just meditate in front of the gate...

It's outside of the village. I think it was around some trees.
