Cant Find Li mei. please help

Li Mei- Find her in a house in outworld (Area F-7)
I cant find a house in F-7. Whenever I go to this area, there is a gate blocking a whole village with houses. Do I hvae to get a key or something to enter? Or I dont have do go in their at all? I appreciate the help thanks
