Chaos Realm Problems...

I have completed Konquest, now just going back through, getting the last of Shujinkos moves...some alt outfits,etc.
However, one side mission I have never completed...Kabals mission, with the map? Where does it go?
Secondly...there is one part of the chaos realm i have never accessed....
it seems like the center of the realm, big brown building in the center, seems like there's a half moon on the center of it, in orange? Anyone access that part of chaos realm, and if so how?
Never mind...I found the teleporter to that area in H6...can lose this thread if you wish.

ShangTsungNiceGuy, where did you find the teleporter. im having a hard time as well. and any ideas on kobra location and kira mission.. those three are giving me a headache.
It's the light blue teleporter....it's near havik, it is around H-6, I think?
You will find Kobra there, by the ruins, that is where you hide the map, and I believe I discovered a scroll that will bring someones memory back, who I am hoping is Kira...I should find out in just a moment.

the scroll does indeed jog kiras memory. You will find the scroll floating around by the ruins.
