It was planned that ALL characters should use 3 costumes.

I don't think anyone has 3 costumes. Scorpions silver armor one is gone, and other than that every1 else has only been shown with 1 alt. The shujinko proof of having 3 is a little stange.

and can someone provide a pic of scorpions scrapped silver armor 1?

there's no pic for Scorpion's silver armor,it was seen in a game convention in Germany....and it's said that this costume is off the final version,we'll see soon....

It'll suck if only a few of them have 3. I know that Shujinko has 3 (someone posted it, there's that one where he looks like some greek poet with a bald head, his original costume, and one where he looks like the white wizard from LOTR), but that's all I know of. Sub-Zero might get a third, even though I think his alternate is awesome, there probably will be another one for him. I doubt Noob Saibot and Smoke will have a 3rd costume, let alone alternates. Damn, all this talk about the characters, costumes, fatalities, etc, is making me more and more impatient. Time needs to go by faster somehow..

well we will just have to wait and see. I mean the game comes out in less thn a month. and non of us really know for sure how many costumes any character has.so lets just wait and find out.
