Reptile- My favorite character. I hope he's got better moves this time around. I don't care what he looks like though.

Nitara- The only MKDA only character, aside from Drahim, that I liked. If Reptile is in, there is storyline potential for both of them trying to kill one another.

Raiden- I'm not sure whether or not he's been confirmed, but if he isn't, he should be. I want him in for two reasons:
1) He's ****ing awesome, with cool moves and a very useful weapon.
2) He has a funny hat.

Shao Kahn- First and foremost for me. The whole evil godlike entity who is not only a megalomaniac but also Emperor appealed greatly for me. Although Id say the actual character idea is much more appealing than his actual appearence. He should be completely revamped. Depending if he died or not his appearence should follow suit. If he died, he should look more hellish and more powerful (being that he would most certainly be sent to the Netherealm, he should obtain a more Netherealm like look with power) he would be a playable boss or hidden character just to beat the shit out of other people for fun. If he didnt die, than he can either look as he always has (If it was a decoy the DA killed) and he would be a hidden character or would appear beaten and unmasked (unmasked perhaps as an alt) if the DA indeed beat on him. He would be a powerhouse character, but in the normal roster, compeltely weakened. His weapon would surely be his infamous Warhammer, or a giant barbarian sword.

Rain- Being that he has been mentioned to be in Konquest, id like him to appear as a ninja but more royal and Edenian like (similar to the fan art of him going around). He can retain his olde moves but also have an addition of more weather based moves as well. His weapon can be more ninja based, perhaps a blade and chain.

Quan Chi- He can remain the same appereance wise (the main shirtless version). He needs his same moves from DA plus more dark sorcery based moves as well. Perhaps he can create moves from Shinnoks amulet? Keep his broadswords and burn markings.

Raiden- Again he an remain the same appereance wise from DA, he looked phenominal. He needs his more classic moves back like the teleportation, torpedo, electric bolt, but also more lightning based moves. Keep his staff.

Jade- She needs a comeback. She needs a revamped look, sexually appealing in some way as all the other female fighters have a trend to appear as. Slightly revelaing outfits. She needs great hand to hand combat moves as most of all her specials usually include her staff, and she needs that as her weapon stance. Since its a glowing like energy staff, perhaps everytime she hits the opponent, some purple electrcity can zap or spark off her opponent each time.

Kung Lao- He played awesome in MKDA, he was my top character even though appereance wise he doesnt appeal to me as much as characters like Quan Chi or the ninjas. He can keep his outfits they looked great. His moves once again are more combat oriented so he can have more brutal throws and specials dealing with his hat more. He can keep the single broadsword or perhaps swap it with a more traditional oriental combat weapon.

And of course each character beeds their handful or brutal fatalities, especially Kahn.

I just can't believe that they have Li Mei instead of Nitara in MKD but I guess most people like her in MKDA, b/c she was a better fighter than Nitara. Even though I think I am one of the few people that was good with her!
plus I think Nitara is way better looking that Li Mei(well Li Mei's body is nice, but her face UGH!!!) Most people don't like Nitara b/c her wings make her look unsexy(is unsexy a word....gotta check my dictionary!!..LOL). And people think that Nitara's story wasn't good as Li Mei(which is true).



Well I personally don't like Li Mei's story b/c she plays the role in the game as the "female victim", who fights for her people Blah..Blah..Blah... However if you like her I think that is Cool and I am sorry if I am offending any Li Mei's Fan!!!

Don't worry Toxik Nitara is coming back and she is going to have a bigger role in deception than Li Mei.I gotter admit Nitara was badass in DA. Kung Lao and her are both of my favorites in da.In raiden's ending you could of seen her walking beside the Dragon King.

Umm, I dont think it was meant for her to be walking beside the DK in Raiden's Ending. He was just naming the possible future threats to Earthrealm, and the Vampire race (represented by a pic of Nitara) just happened to be next to the DK threat.

Out of curiosity, how do you know Nitara will have a huge role, let alone any role in Deception. To my recolection, she hasnt even been mentioned in MKD. Im not saying i dont believe you, im just asking how do you know? Inside source or guess?

Doombringer I'm still glad how you put your point not in an offensive way,so here it goes.Why was Nitara so inerested in finding the orb,I think is because she needs to travel between realms right,correct me if I'm wrong but if she needed the orb to travel between isn't it obvious she has something important to do but she wan't the orb so she can get it done fast.

May be the DK will promise something to Nitara's people, however that will be Nitara's Deception from the DK. (but I am just guessing here!).

Well since im as big a fan of the MK storyline as I am the actual fighting in the game, I have a collection of infomation dealing with the MK Universe. Doing some research on Nitara, The Vampire Nation, and the Portal Sphere Orbs, I have info to rebut/clarify/expand your theory. Im not sure if this is offical fact but I found a lot of info about it around the web (although im pretty sure you can find out all this info through playing MKDA Konquest).

The Vampire realm has existed for eons. Shao Kahn merged this realm with Outworld ages ago by using a Portal Sphere Orb. This made the two worlds be combined into one. The Portal Sphere Orbs are hiden throughout Outworld by Kahn. To seperate two realms the Orb associated with that merger must be destroyed.

Now we move on to Nitara's place in all this:
If you know Nitara's story, she was obviously a female vampire bound to Outworld by a "mysterious" orb. Nitaras realm has been merged with Outworld by Shao Kahn ages ago and the two worlds have been combined into one forming a more powerful empire. At the time of the Deadly Alliance, Nitara had at long last discovered the loaction of the Orb that bound her realm to Outworld. Unfortunately, it rested in a place she could not reach. However, the ninja cyborg Cyrax of Earthrealm had the ability to retrieve it for her.

Fast forward to her ending:
Nitara offered to send Cyrax back to Earthrealm if he could retrieve the orb from its hiding place. Nitara carried a gemstone around her neck; these gemstones make it possible for her people to traverse realms (which is how they could travel to Earth and other realms in order to feed on the lesser species. Earthrealm is an excellent source of food, but our sun emits a form of radiation that is quite harmful to vampires. As a result, vampires can only traverse to that realm for a brief period of time, and only to the hemisphere opposite the sun.)
Cyrax had no choice but to accept her offer and journeyed with her to the persumed location of the orb. The orb was located in the Lava Shrine and, after what seemed like an eternity, Cyrax finally emerged from the lava, holding the orb tha bound Nitara's realm to Outworld for ages.
She would be able to free her people from Kahns imprisonment. Fullfilling her bargain she sent Cyrax back to his Earthrealm home. Nitara stared into the orb, It seethed with the power trapped within. She raised above her head, then smahed it onto the floor. It shattered with an inhuman, soul-rendering howl. Its horrible energy exploded away, and tore her consciousness from her. She awoke later for the first time on her native soil.

So the reason she needed the orb was to free her people from Kahns Outworld hold and return home. Nothing more nothing less, that is until/if they expand and twist the story in Deception for progression. Whether Nitara has a hidden agenda in the future is yet to be seen, but her reason in MKDA was to free her world and return home. Nothing evil or sinister there. But again thats why MK6 is titled Deception. Who knows...

For Nitara, I think one of 2 scenarios will play out if she is in Deception:

1) Her people make an alliance with the Dragon King, and she plans on betraying him to elevate the Vampires to the top.

and/or

2) She is being hunted down by Reptile, who is mad at her because she manipulated him.

Quan Chi, maybe with the living weapon and his weapon-stealer from MK4, this move was cool to use, but he need a new fatality
