Kabal & Smoke are on top of my list. Sheeva is a no-no, but I don't really mind her. Li Mei is the only one left.

Heres who shold never come back.... in no particular order:

Mokap- retarded.. pointles.. a let down
Stryker- worst character in MK3. Just stupid
J. Cage- Boring, old, unoriginal. should have
stayed dead.
Sonya- Boring, old, tired story line.
Jax- boring story line, he got boring
Shinnok- Lame, a dissapointment, weak
Liu Kang- annoying as hell. should stay dead
Kai- he was just kinda lame. he was unorginal

Anywho.. thats my 2 cents on who should never come back... BOO YA!

Mavado is on my deathwish list - unless his longfist style and special moves get a MAJOR overhaul. Then he might actually be cool.

I will limit this to character's from DA. I didn't like Drahmin very much at all, or Jax, I liked Jax in MK2, but he kind of sucked in DA. I don't like Bo Rai Cho's vomit crap, but I liked the character otherwise. Blaze could have been alright but wasn't and needs serious improvement to be worthy of reappearance. Mokap, while just a joke, absolutely sucked in terms of design (but the style combination was interesting) and should be done away with for obvious reasons. Hsu Hao sucked from an asthetic standpoint but was well designed in terms of fighting styles. Cyrax was kind of sorry too, but all he really needed was some better special moves and better alternate costuming. Reptile should stick around in some form, but with more appropriate ninja attire. Every character needed more moves to reflect the complexities of the styles they represent.
