I am willing to bet that the classic stages and more in chess that we have seen like the dead pool and the area stage from MK1 and MK2 will be like only useable via chess matches ,at the same time I bet there will be a catch like buying them or finding them in Konquest mode, if you want to use these areas in like arcade mode(much like some areas in MK: DA) . Once you find them I bet you can play on those areas.
