There should be a new hidden character that is held in a cell on the prison stage, and the only thing you see of him is his cherry lit at the end of his cigarette. Somehow he is let out of his cell, either by defeating konquest mode or activating something in the stage's background. He should be a typical badass inmate, with an orange inmate jumpsuit on, and a shaved head.
