Is it just me, or does the whole Konquest mode look a lot less interesting in view of Boon's comments regarding Konquest in the fan interview?

We can't customize the look, gender or race. Depending on how we do in Konquest, we might be able "to unlock a few extra special moves," according to Boon. So we won't be able to choose whatever moves we want, we'll be stuck with whatever special moves this monk has and can earn. We CAN customize the three fighting styles, though. The main upshot is we will be able to choose the three fighting styles for the Old Man character, and that's pretty much it... It won't truly be a custom character.

Now, Konquest is still going to be fun and pretty cool. I'm not saying that I still won't enjoy it immensely. But a lot of the steam got taken out of my sails when I heard that. I thought we were going to be able to make our own characters from the ground up, when it turns out we can only choose the styles and maybe earn a few moves for an already created character.
