Actually, she did fight.
She fought in the episode "The Essence", where she and Qualli turn on Kung Lao.
I think she also fights briefly in one of the Kreeyan episodes.

But yes, I would like to see Vorpax, the way she deceived everybody made it really hard to determine which side she was on, when in reality, she was always really on her own side (well, maybe Kreeya for a short while).
The way she did fight (not often mind), was pretty cool as well, and I think it would be a really cool addition to MK6.
Of course, working her in to the story would be a hard, but possible (I've thought a way, but I won't share ).
