cool idea on fatalities
I think that fatalities should be like this. It is the same button-link set such as Back, Back, Forward, Attack 4, etc. But every stance has a different fatality. Like Hapkido has the Toasty fatality, Pi Gua has the spear fatality, and his sword has a Weapon fatality. Those were for Scorpion, of course. I think that would be a great idea.

i like that idea, but would every button combo be the same, u just switched stances, like would the toasty and weapon fatality be the same button combo all you do is switch the stance?

I like that idea alot. Now you can have a total of three fatilities in one mortal kombat game.

Sounds fantastic. I wouldn't mind learning 3 combinations for the different styles fatalities, but to each his own. And wouldn't Weapon Fatalities be kinda repetitive or boring? All I can see are decapitations or slashes =/
I have to say that more than one fatality is a must. Also alternate ending moves, the babeality, friendship was a start, but there is so much more that can be done. The mercy was cool. Also they really need to treat the fatalities differently, to me the ones from mk5 just were boring to watch and uncreative. Is that just me?

I would also like something to see.
I would like to see the last round of a fight with many many background noises like people cheering and so on, and when you perform a fatality the screen darkens and all souns is gone. The only thing you hear the scream of your dying opponent.
I think that would make the fatality a bit more intensive
