could Raiden be back?

i stumbpled upon a MK website, mksecrets, and they say Raiden will be back according to that German magazine. i don't know if i am allowed to post the link here and i don't know if their info is credible, but i sure hope so.

I hope Raiden is in MKD! Although after the things I've been hearing from various sources, it's looking a little 50-50 for him right now. Hopefully, he will be back. I think he should be in this game along with several other missing characters.

I hope not for this reason, Lets have someone else to concentrate on, If he's in it then fine but for once lets have a non returnee to concentrate on more who was not in MKDA like Baraka or similar.

Darn Raiden, if his ending is anything to go by and MKD starts where MKDA finishes then he could well be, but unlockable me thinks.

Has news starts filter out things are finally starting to look up that Raiden will make a return. I do hope so, since it would be the same without the thunderer.
