Would I be correct to assume that Konquest is basically a MK history mode?
And....
What is the number of costumes available for each fighter?
And...to answer these newly clarified questions...
1. No, I really don't think so. The timeline just seems to be incorrect. If I remember correctly, you find Jax in Konquest when he is either in his 20s or 30s I can't remember which. If Shujinko is 60 during the Deception game, and Deadly Alliance played out shortly before, then that would make Jax over 50 himself.
2. The number of costumes each fighter can wear has not been 100% confirmed.

I am not 100% what Konquest plays. From I've read Konquest just follows Shujinko journey to become this old MK master. Everytime you meet with MK character I think you either fight them or do certain tasks.Again tasks in Konquest are still in the dark. Like MK: DA each character will have 2 outfits, I think it is possible however unlikey that there will be a 3rd outfit for each character. Again my opinion about a 3rd outfit.
