Lol, I knew this was an infinite. I asked Check to see if this was an infinite, and surely enough, it was one! Cyrax can juggle Blaze with 4 in Pulse Blades against the wall for as long as you like! Enjoy!
Not necessarily. Pretty much only lunging moves are able to be turned into wall infs, and even then, it's rather difficult to keep them going. Timing on button presses is key, at least from my experiences.
