I wouldn't say he is the cheapest character in the game. I would say that he is the easiest character to use, but not cheap. That tombstone drop thing is rather cheap though, I have to admit.

I hate him. I hate his look, his moves, and his story. He seems like one of the people who should have been scrapped to me. I have flashbacks of Hsu Hao. He is definately up there in cheapness.

I thhink characters like Darrius aare nessescary to make us appreciate what we had with Liu Kang!!
HOWEVER!!! the cheapest, bitchiest character is by far onaga of course...
You can just jump the tumbstone drop... and if he tries to combo u use the breaker... then CHEESE HIS ASS OFF!!!!! HAHAHAHAHHAH
I recomend Li Mei for this fun task

ya I was just playin with him and I could unleash 40% combos with his sword and like 32 percent with his other styles. this game focuses on special attacks ALOT more than DA did and even though dairou has good ones you could just say hes a good character. If you look at the game with a wide perspective, everyone is pretty good in their own way. There is a much tighter race for top tier in this one and they definitely include dairou, scorpion, subzero, baraka, kobra, tanya, shujinko, and lui kang. there are probably more but that shows you that most characters arent cheap, they are just all have their varieties. while dairou may have specials that have more ability to hit the opponent and even cause them to juggle, others like kobra have a kick that is near impossible to get of.

There's a tighter race for top tier yes, but the space in between top tier and second tier and so on are MUCH too far apart.

-_- i think Liu is pretty cheap if you do this one combo repeatedly...
Juggle, Juggle, Bicycle Kick, Low Fire, repeat...

There really isnt a "cheap" character in the game. There is always a way to counter.
BTW to "block" the Tombstone, just jump. Just like the Ermac bomb.
