Thanks to Shinomune, who showed me the video where Damashi appears, I took 2 pics to show you.

Damashi says that he's the emissary of the Elder Gods and that they have a quest for Shujinko.

Damashi is some kind of a mystical cloud that is constantly leaking.

Yea man, i was thinkin the same thing haha. I think Shinjuko had too much weed and started seeing clouds of smoke that talked and thought they told him to perform quests and shit.
