Yeah Dan sidesteppin is quite easy instead of looking to block my opponents attack I simply move to the side. It involves perfect timing and what helps out alot is when your opponent is very combo happy and likes to attack stepping back and moving to the side is most effective especially with characters who have like 7-8 hit chain combos like Jade or Ashra.

yea u did it too, up to judo, that transition should hit u when u try to duck, u do it about as good as thug does, still.. i wanna try it some more, but thats up to u, thats all its really good for, unfortunatly, too hard to time the mid comign at you, i do have some tape of me and thug doing it, where i block his f1 with scorp while ducking, not whiff, blocked

i dotnt hink there is any way for those last 2 hits in kenshis combo to be avoided, the one the cpu did to me ended at 221 and missed the whole thing

its up to u whether u wanna cap it, that, along with "jutsu" is extremly important for boon and company to see. i still say its something programmed for the cpu to make it a harder difficultly, like universal tracking, but of course itll work for us too. thats just an obvious

What's the point of sidestepping the combos if I hold up and universal track you?

watch the vids vs G-ROY. im "universal tricking" tracking each time, and whiffing. some people are really, REALLY good w/ the side step. some times they are side stepping attacks when i touching them i thinks thats where the DB block comes up. i was side stepping then blocking low, soem times when check was attacking me. the "uni tracking" foe will go right past you like right on the side of you.

yes, db block doesnt track most of the time, but leaves you still in a ducked blocked position, they key is hwo fast you can come off it, BLOCK AND DESTROY in the words of konqrr

i dont understand what you mean here?? being defensive tends to give me wins, its when i go into the offensive i lose more so then win.

its the side step that gets me, thats why i became a super low poker. my mileena has been losing to these side steppers, but i just started clipping them a bunch, they tend to stop side stepping her
