Darkseid or Brainiac tank in Metropolis video

Has anyone noticed the tank in Metropolis in the video where Ed Boon is describing the game that's currently on the news page? When they first show Metropolis there is clearly a tank there on the right side of the Daily Planet fallen globe. If you've also noticed, Metropolis is the only fighting envrionment so far that looks like it's been attacked. There have been countless times when Brainiac or Darkseid have tried to overtake Metropolis. Maybe, Darkseid used a boom tube to merge the realms or Brainiac used his technology to merge them. Makes sense to me that one of them is in the game based on the Metropolis tank. Thoughts?

Looking at the High-quality video, it's not a tank. It doesn't have treads; looks more like a boxy spaceship of some sort. If I had to hazard a guess based off of foggy memories from comic reading, I'd say it looks like something that the cannon fodder Apokolips troops use. So, I'd guess Darkseid.

God knows one's appearance has MUCH relevance to the music itself. It's pretty clear if they didn't wear masks their music would be far better.

Don't diss the boom tube or anything else from Jack Kirby's grand creation, the Fourth World. Sure, its 70s, but its a great comic work, and gave us the New Gods (Darkseid, Orion, Highfather, etc), Cadmus (DNA Project back then), and quite a few deeper levels of reading that, previously, was only in novels, not comics. *owns the whole series in 4 hardbacks* Yeah, I'm pretty sure that was one of Darkseid's minion's invading vehicles from Superman: The Animated Series.

I would think Darkseid is in the game as well, but I'm not set on it totally. It may be Brainiac since the main boss is a mix. Brainiac has been known to combine with machines and/or people to make a formidable super villian.

Having Jax and Sonya in the game (Special Forces) may show an attempt to thwart and incoming invasion from either Darkseid or Brainiac. Helps shed a little more light on why Jax is in the game over some other MK characters. Characters in the game could be chosen based on the overall story, plus being iconic.
