damn man.. I should have wrote it down.. where I got it.. I too looked FOREVER in E-3... but it's not there.. the post on the online faqs are WRONG. It's in outworld, but it's at a location... . I know it's not an E or a 3 on the map location.. I was something like H-7 or some junk.. I'm really not sure.. but I'll tell you this much.. I was only able to get to part of outworld with his costume after I trained with Baraka... it's somewhere near those huts you end up at after training with him... hope this helps
