dead Characters

could u guys plz help me number the dead mk characters (leave the ressurected ones out plz), and say the respective game.

I guess mkda characters cant count cause we dont know which endings were true...

could you specify how they have died? sheeva I'm not sure but I think she was murdered by shao khan after killing motaro...am I right?

shao khan we're not sure yet...but ok, by the hands of shang tsung and quan chi....

what about rain? I dont recall him being dead...

and goro was murdered by noob, but how? I never played mk4...
