Will the death traps end the round or the whole matchup ?

You can do them any time
I think they meant ,would you have to fight the person who just got slaughtered in the next round, or immediatly be sent to the next kombatant

I think I heard somewhere they end the round, not the match. I think they die and it goes straight to Round 2.

It will be a bit stupid if it ends the whole match, but it will look weird if the kombatant you just slaughtered is suddenly back on their feet!
