yep, thats him allright...needs armor, but he'll do. He would be SOOOO bad ass to pick in the character select screen wouldn't he?

STORY: As a general and right hand man to the Dragon King, Arandor was once a great warrior. He gave his life to serve the Dragon King and in return was granted power. However, the Dragon King began to grow suspicious of Arandor's actions. the Dragon King had visions and nightmares that Arandor was only after the throne for himself, and that he would eventually revolt against the Dragon King with his given power.

In terror the Dragon King banished Arandor to a realm where escape was near impossible and left him there to die...But Arandor found a way back and, is full of rage. He will rip apart anyone in his path ( litteraly ) to get to the Dragon King.

your forgetting one thing, the dragon king is not formed untill deception, he is reptile, and blaze is the protector of him

damn it...oh well, i tried.
But he could have been the general to reptiles army back in the day when reptile was himself. This concept doesnt have to be the "protector" of reptile, just a general in the army...because the army is old...

You guys are making a little mistake here. DA did show the various statures of the characters. For example Hsu Hao was a short, bulky character and was shorter than say, Quan Chi, both in game and on the select screen. The taller characters were usually a bit more crouched. Jax was also tall and Raiden's size does show in e.g. staff.
