I remember their being this sound after you knock somebody into the dead pool. It was like this "Ow-Wa" sound.
Does anyone know what it was?

Yeah I've heard of that too. Comes up every time. Sounds like "Awww What?" like as in "You are kidding me, what a rip off" someting like that.

It's "agua" (pronounced Ag-wa), it's the same word/sound from the Deadpool in MK2 - where you'd hear it if you held Down after doing the stage fatality. Only in MKD they took away the 'hold down' part, as it can be heard everytime the death trap is done. It's just an homage to MK2...
