Not much really in terms of gameplay. Graphics wise, and as a PS2 owner I hate to say this, but X-box has the better graphics. As for online play, Sony offers their network adapter and your ISP, and X-box offers their X-box live. That's all that I know, there's likely more. I say, rent both then judge which you like better.
