You know in Arcade mode how it has all the info like status, height, weight, styles, etc. it includes Difficulty: 1-5?
What does this mean exactly? How powerful the character is, how hard they are to use, or what?

Is about how difficult it is to play with that character. The lower the number the lesser the difficulty.
